Our Tumbling Classes

We offer tumbling classes for every skill level. Take a look at the options available and their descriptions. Children in this class will enhance their motor skills and build strength while developing balance, coordination, flexibility and self confidence. Students will learn the basic body shapes, work on basic tumbling skills including forward and backward rolls emphasizing proper technique as well as being introduced to handstands and cartwheels drills and concepts.  In addition the children will learn basic cheer terminology, positions and jumps. This class will also encourage children to practice making new friends, waiting for their turn and following structured direction.

Class length: 45 minutes

Term: Monthly (renews each month unless we are notified of a change)

Location: Jr. Gym

Tuition: $69 per month

This is the perfect class for the new student with no prior experience. In this class we will focus on the foundations of tumbling, develop confidence, enhance motor skills and build strength and flexibility. Skills learned will include but not be limited to basic positrons, forward and backward rolls, handstands and cartwheels.

Class length: 45 minutes

Term: Monthly (renews each month unless we are notified of a change)

Location: Gym - Black Floor

Tuition: $69 per month

This class is a continuation of Beginner Tumbling 1. In this class students will continue to work towards mastering the basic skills from beginner 1 as well as work towards developing back bends, bridge kick over, back bend kick over, handstand to a bridge and front limbers.

Class length: 45 minutes

Term: Monthly (renews each month unless we are notified of a change)

Location: Gym Black Floor

Tuition: $69 per month

This class is a continuation of Beginner Tumbling 2. In this class students will work towards mastering back and front walkovers as well as being introduced to round-offs, front hand springs and back hand springs.

Class length: 60 minutes

Term: Monthly (renews each month unless we are notified of a change)

Location: Gym, Black Floor

Tuition: $74 per month

This class is a continuation of Intermediate Tumbling 1. In this class students will work towards mastering standing back hand springs, round-off back hand springs, front hand springs, aerials and front saltos.

Class length: 60 minutes

Term: Monthly (renews each month unless we are notified of a change)

Location: Gym, Black Floor

Tuition: $74 per month

Advanced tumbling is the next progression after Intermediate Tumbling 2. In this class students will continue to improve and master all of the basic tumbling skills as well as work towards back saltos and combination tumbling passes.

Class length: 60 minutes
